Lets start with the word Gay? Firstly as I am sure that you know the term originally meant “happy” of “Merry”, but as early as the 17th century it began to be connected with immorality, so today the word Gay is the same as saying Homosexual.
If you don’t know homosexuality is the act of have a relationship with a person of the same sex or gender instead of one with somebody of the opposite sex.
If you are gay or homosexual and you are reading this, I would first like to say that these terms were not created by the Most High, these are man made words, so keep reading there is hope…
The bible adresses the act of two of the same sex having a relationship in 2 ways the bible doesn’t assume that a person is gay (where gay involves laying with a person of the same sex) solely by their behaviours as the world does. The bible tells us how we should act as men and as women.
The first to look at is that the bible adresses the actions of how a man or woman should act.
Secondly it addresses how the act of sexual intercourse should and shouldn’t be done.
So lets deal with these to two things i.e. behaviour and sexual relations.
I will start with how the Most High expects us to behvaiour because in todays
society people wrongly believe that because a person behaves a certain way, they must be gay (i.e. sleeping with a person of the same sex)
So lets begin with conduct that the Most High expects of man -
Deuteronomy 22:5
5The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
Above we see that Cross-dressing is out! as the Most High says in Deuteronomy 22:5, that it is an abomination in his eyes for man and women to wear each others clothes.
We know from todays society that a man that is in the habit of wearing womens clothing is very likely to act effeminate i.e. in a feminine manner. But we should also take into account the Most High doesn’t condone women wearing mens clothing either, so being a “tom boy” is also out of the question.
So is being gay a reality and how has it come about? Well the answer is yes, being gay does happen, but the question is why? Lets see.
Romans 1:25-29
25Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
So we see above that the Most High has allowed people to continue blindly in their sins because when they choose not to acknowledge him as their creator and source of life. More specifically there sins can result in people of the same sex coming together, which the bible calls “vile affections“, and the act of “burning in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly“.
We see that yes it is possible to be gay, but it is due to our ignorance of our disobedience and willingness to keep the Most Highs commands, most notably re-framing from having sexual relations with people of the same sex.
The end result of continuing in the sin of homosexuality is not entering the kingdom to come see below 1 Corinthians 6:9

9Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
For anybody that it is gay it is important to know that just because society is slowly recognizing homosexual unions, it doesn’t mean that the Most High is. Just like other sins it is your responsibility as the person who feels like they have a desire for the same sex to re-frame from partaking in the act of sex.
Contrary to popular belief there is no magical spell or words that can heal a gay person from their feelings immediately (except great faith), but over time with fasting and prayer to the Most high it is a feeling that can be reversed, behavior characteristics that can be unlearned. .
Just as the Most High frowns upon sexual relations between two of the same sex he also is against any type of behavior traits that should be seen only in women being done by men.
